Plans & Pricing
How Pricing Works
Before you begin your monthly school ownership subscription in month 4, our team has to build your school from A-Z, including done-for-you state licensure (Growth Plan Only).
We’ve engineered a clear, four-stage process to move your practice from a standard dental office to an Elite Clinical Edge Campus.

We only partner with winners who have the physical and operational capacity to succeed. To qualify, your facility must meet the following criteria:
Clinical Capacity: You must have at least one or two operatories dedicated to clinical-ready labs and validation gates.
DA Instructor: You must have a dental assistant staff member who will be certified through us to teach our Clinical-Ready courses.
Standards Alignment: A commitment to enforcing the zero-tolerance, PASS/FAIL validation standards of the Clinical Edge curriculum. See Our Program
Territory Availability: Your specific market must still be 'Open.' Once a partner locks a territory, it is permanently off-market while their subscription is active.
Stage 1: The Eligibility Audit (Pre-Activation)
01

Once you pass the audit, we plant the flag and begin the buildout.
Brand Integration: Deployment of your custom-branded school website (not a generic template).
Tech Activation: Setup of the 4-Portal System, including the Student LMS and Campus CRM.
Infrastructure Setup: Integrating the admissions automation and student lead nurturing systems.
Stage 2: Initiation & Buildout (Month 1 — $3,000)
02

We handle the heavy lifting with the bureaucrats so you can focus on dentistry.
Documentation Prep: Assembly of all state-specific licensure packages and faculty artifacts.
Curriculum Mapping: Aligning our California Board-approved tracks (Radiology, Infection Control, etc.) to your campus.
Board Submission: Direct management of the filing and regulatory follow-through.
Stage 3: Licensure & Compliance (Month 2 — $2,500)
03

The final sprint to turn the school revenue engine on.
Instructor Certification: Onboarding your clinical staff through our standardized pedagogy portal.
Demo Day Marketing: Activating the interest-generation systems to build a massive student waitlist before licensure.
Validation Finalization: Setting up the physical testing gates in your operatories for Day 1 readiness.
Stage 4: Launch & Waitlist (Month 3 — $2,000)

How do Clinical Edge courses work for Students?
To understand how the full program works beyond the online portion, it is important to look at how the Clinical Edge curriculum is structured. While the online platform handles the theoretical foundation, the physical components—gated labs and clinical blocks—provide the hands-on "Engineering" aspect of the training.
Based on the system structure, here is how those components typically function:
The Hybrid Learning Model
Clinical Edge utilizes a "Training, Validation & Performance" system. This means a student's journey moves from online learning into physical application:
To earn a Validated Certificate transcript, your students must:
Online Theory: Students complete the self-paced modules, challenges, and milestones online to build their foundation knowledge base.
Gated Labs (Validation): These are competency-based sessions where you must demonstrate specific skills. Access to these labs is "gated," meaning you must successfully pass the corresponding online Clinical Challenges and Milestones before you are permitted to attend.
Clinical Blocks (Performance): Once your skills are validated in the lab, you move into Clinical Blocks. These are intensive, scheduled periods of hands-on practice in a real or simulated clinical environment, focusing on high-performance systems and real-world dental assisting workflows.
The 6-Station Practical Exam
The exam is structured as a circuit. At each station, students are evaluated by an instructor on their ability to execute a specific clinical system without guidance, ensuring they are clinically ready for their paid externship.
Why Students Choose Clinical Edge Dental Assisting Academy
When dental assisting students choose the Clinical Edge 12-week program, they typically opt for a "fast-track" vocational model focused on general dentistry rather than the traditional academic "heavy" route. The appeal lies in a radical shift from classroom-heavy learning to chairside immersion.
General dentists often complain that graduates from traditional programs know the classification of a Le Fort fracture (Oral Surgery theory) but can't properly mix IRM or set up a rubber dam. The Clinical Edge dental assisting "Validation for Clinical Readiness "program solves the "Onboarding Gap."

Gold Standard "Practice Engineering" Curriculum
Unlike programs that follow a traditional academic style, our custom school website let's student know our validation practice-ready curriculum is engineered for high-performance dentistry. We don't just teach tasks; we teach
Systems. Graduates enter the field knowing exactly how to optimize a dental practice for maximum efficiency, making them a "gold standard" asset for high-production doctors.

High-ROI Affordability
Traditional CODA-accredited schools can cost over $20,000 and take up to nine months to complete. Clinical Edge offers a much more affordable path that delivers a much more superior clinical results in a fraction of the time. By avoiding massive student debt, students see a much faster return on their investment and start earning professional wages months sooner.

Immediate Paid Externships
Clinical Edge has a system that allows your student to bridge the gap between clinical education and employment by integrating
paid externships into the training. Not even CODA schools offer this. This allows students to gain critical real-world experience in a professional dental office while being compensated for their work. By being paid during their 3-week externship, they are essentially recouping a portion of their tuition while still in school.

Reliability
Our premier hybrid program is designed students who need to balance family and job obligations with a high-caliber education. They can master foundational coursework on their own time. This flexibility is paired with strategically scheduled, concentrated lab and clinical blocks where students demonstrate gated competencies in a hands-on environment. The transition from this convenient hybrid training into a paid externship allows students to immediately apply their skills in a professional office, effectively turning their education into a paycheck while maintaining their life’s responsibilities.
