Month 2 — Regulatory & Licensure Management

• Growth: done-for-you licensure management + curriculum validation support

Output: a licensing-ready compliance package with the steps sequenced.

Month 3 — Revenue Ignition Stack & Launch

• Pre-licensure launch assets and enrollment workflow built
• Admissions pipeline + student intake system configured
• Externship site affiliation setups
• Growth: Demo Day™ marketing engine + waitlist creation
• Launch-ready messaging So your first cohort can be pre-filled when licensure lands
  

Output: a qualified waitlist + ready-to-run admissions process.

Goal: the academy is built and operational; you run it on Starter or Growth support.

Month 4 — Transition to Monthly Subscription

• State/licensure Handoff into ongoing monthly subscription operations
• Starter: run under your brand using the core stack + curriculum system
• Growth: we manage licensure continuity, territory protection, and automated marketing,Instructor certification + ongoing validation system
  

Output: a stable, repeatable academy operation running during non-patient hours.
