Eligibility Rules

To protect program integrity, market positioning, and territory value, Clinical Ready™ Curriculum Adoption is available only to qualified dentist-owned schools and practice-based training operators that meet our eligibility standards.

Core Eligibility Requirements

1. Dentist ownership or direct dentist control required
The school, academy, or training operation must be owned by a licensed dentist or operated under direct dentist leadership and oversight. We do not allow adoption by larger, corporate-owned institutions.

2. Dental-only use
The program must be used for dental assisting education (Curriculum Adoption), dental assistant onboarding (Clinical Ready OS), or related chairside training inside a dental-focused operation. It is not available for general career schools, DSOs, or non-dental training groups.

3. Exclusive 30-mile territory
Only one approved Clinical Ready™ curriculum partner may be placed within a 30-mile radius of an existing approved partner location, measured from the primary training site or approved campus address. Any additional campus, branch site, or delivery location inside or outside the protected radius must be separately reviewed and approved.

4. Primary training site required
Applicant must have a defined training location, operatory-based training environment, or approved practice-based delivery site suitable for implementation.

5. Operational readiness
Applicant must be prepared to implement required systems, instructor standards, documentation rules, and curriculum controls without unauthorized modification or dilution.

6. Instructor certification compliance
All instructors delivering the program must complete the required Clinical Edge Practice Engineering Certification before teaching, validating, or evaluating students.

7. Brand and standards compliance
Partner must agree to deliver the program as designed, including pass/fail gate structure, observe-only validation rules, remediation standards, and documentation requirements.

8. Good standing requirement
Applicant must be in good professional, legal, and operational standing and must not be subject to active licensing, fraud, or disciplinary issues that would undermine program integrity.

9. Unauthorized resale strictly prohibited.
No turnkey dental assisting school sales company, third-party reseller, consultant, agency, or outside training organization may market, sublicense, distribute, or offer the Clinical Ready™ curriculum without first completing Clinical Edge’s formal application, vetting, and approval process and receiving written authorization.
